Thank you Bristol!

The Victory Weekend event in Bristol, Tennessee, was a huge success! We saw many people at the Race Day Center Campground and we met some new friends and reconnected with old friends. The crowds were hyped and full of energy, making both nights very memorable!

The schedule for the Bristol Victory Weekend was a little different because the race at Bristol was the highly anticipated Saturday night race. Therefore, the Victory Weekend stage was ready to go on Thursday and Friday for two nights of high-energy performances. Race fans were treated to the music of the Jess Zimmerman Band and they absolutely loved it. Everyone in attendance was singing along and at one point, Jess left the stage to line dance with the fans. It was a very memorable two nights.

Due to the threat of rain on Friday, we took time from the music to honor 22 heroes, who sacrificed so much for the rest of us. These heroes were celebrated by receiving medals, a gift bag, and most importantly, the love and appreciation of every fan at the Race Day Center Campground. This was followed by a rousing rendition of “The Star Spangled Banner” by Jess Zimmerman.

On Friday, the rain held off and we were able to perform night two of concerts, and the word had spread about the Victory Weekend concert as more people began to fill the Race Day Campground. It was another fantastic show of great music and fan interaction. We were able to honor 6 additional heroes and fans were able to meet and greet the members of the band after the shows conclusion.

Bristol is always a favorite of ours. We feed off the energy of the fans and they were full of it. We cannot fully understand what it is about Bristol, Tennessee, that makes it so energetic. All we can say is, “It’s Bristol Baby!”

We cannot wait to come back in the spring!
